I like that last two lines. Now that's how to get your point across. This is a pretty good poem. Well written and entertaining, maybe to entertaining. Keep writing.

I like Zak. I like the name Zak. This story is probably a good story but it is all jumbled up and hard to read. You need a line break after every paragraph and you also need a full line break after each person stops speaking. Keep writing.

It is probably a good story but it is too hard to read. When writing a short story, or novel you need a line break after every paragraph and you also need a line break after each person in the story speaks.
The way it is all jumbled up who knows who is talking.

The poem is a tribute to 'rain.' Must have been written by someone who is living in a draught. I know, because we went almost twenty days with no rain this month. Good work. Keep writing.

I thought this was well written. But I think it fits better in the 'narrative'catergory than short story.
Whatever, it was interesting and the writer was very articulate with the words.

Fantastic and exhilerating! Gosh, I'm so surprised. Started out as a good story and then it got better and better. Interesting, entertaining, and very well done. Normally I'm not a vampire/werewolf fan, but now that I've read this excellent piece I may change my opinion on the subject. Of course this one is out of the ordinary. Good job, keep writing.

Perfect story, full of suspence and action packed to boot. It seemed to jump from one danger zone to another. I actually liked the old bum, up until he began to get ugly. This was well written and interesting and entertaining. Writer did a good job.

Excellent story, sad in some way, but then happy in other ways. And a real tribute to alcoholism. This story moved me, because I have and have had friends that were in this position (not the death of a child but alcoholics). Good job on a tough subject.

I thought this was a good story. This writer is a natural born storyteller. The story is intereing from the very start and entertaining. Dialogue is good and believeable. And, the story has a happy ending. Kind of.
