Before Going to Sleep

I close my eyes
and let the music fill my soul,
with the sweet melodies
of divine love.

As I listen,
the chords carry me
to the gates of paradise,
where I inhale
the Holy Spirit's mystic fragrance.

Roses and hyacinths,
honeysuckles and jasmine
fill my dreams
with heavenly aromas.
