Enthralling
He waited outside the open window. “Ariel, come to me.”

She rose from the bed and shuffled to the window, blinking. “What do you want this time Drac.”

“Invite me in.”

“We’ve been over this. I am not interested in becoming your eternal bride.”

“It’s because of the other women, isn’t it. They are just thralls. They mean nothing to me.”

“Yeah, one of them is my cousin. She told me you fed her that same line of bull.” Ariel said with her hands on her hips.

“I mean it with you!”

“Drac, I’m not interested!” She closed the window.
