Write about Valentines Day.

I don't share the same views written in this poem but I remember in high school, other girls having boyfriends on Valentines Day and I didn't. They got candy, flowers, stuffed animals, maybe a promise ring but I didn't have a boyfriend on Valentines Day. I had a boyfriend who bought me a single pearl necklace for no reason. I had one boyfriend buy me roses for Valentine Day when I was out of high school.

When I got married, I get flowers, jewelry, a stuffed animal, dinner and movie. I get candy or a teddy bear. Today, I got a balloon, stuffed sloth, candy hearts, Bob Evans Take Out and a Valentine Red Velvet cake. I like Valentines Day. I feel special and happy.
