Prompt: How and why does God allow suffering?

I ask myself and God this all the time. I think he wants us to turn to him for help and problems and suffering is a good reminder. I think this is how he reaches out to us. I do wish he would take away some of my health issues. I do pray, read my Bible and reach out to him all the time. I remind myself he's got this and will take care of things. I will always reach out to him. I need him always and love him.
