The Voice of Hope: To 'Abdu'l-Baha 239 Days in America: https://239days.com/ For 239 days, he was the voice of hope to the North American continent. His sojourney across America begin on 11 April and ended on 5 December 1912. Two Ocean liners-- the Cedric1 and her sister ship the Celtic,2 of the White Star line-- had the blessing of transporting him to New York and back to Liverpool. For 239 days, he proclaimed the teachings of Baha'u'llah through his actions and his words.
