Creating a Game Plan Ok, I have set up goals. I have planned ahead for possible obstacles. I have decided how I want to challenge and reward myself. Now it is time to create and decide on the game to play. This may take more than one day. As soon as I am done with this, I can do any final prep that needs to be done and set a date to start. My goal was to make this a 7 day plan. I am currently on Day 4. Let's see. Day 5 will be fine tuning everything and making sure I am 100% ready. Set a start date. Day 6 Make a list of reasons for doing this and visualize what success will look like. Day 7 can be for getting rid of junk foods/temptations if possible.
