Wisdom

Wisdom grows from day to day
in the choices made.
Some are big on full display.
Some are heartfelt bade.

Wisdom comes when facing Truth,
even when it's hard.
In the long-gone days of youth,
choices leave it marred.

Wisdom comes in lessons learned
through the teary stream.
When the life is wondrous turned,
the future is redeemed.
