Well, dudes, what can I say? The weather report / apps were thankfully gravely wrong and we have sunny, pleasant weather instead of cold and rain. This is once more out of my popsicle-recipe-collection... and this time, as the title suggests bursting with fruit, namely blueberries + orange. And I must say You could consider this an "ingredient" of "Summer in the City" In the mentioned story, FMC Laura made the "adult" popsicles as her addition to her family's Fourth of July-feast – answering her father-in-law's question what to give to the kids that she's already made a batch of "fruit and chocolate" pops. So these are the "kids" popsicles in the story. Once more, they're easy + quick to make and only require 4 ingredients and some popsicle molds (instead of an ice cream maker). So, enough preamble, time to cool off! Serves: 6 popsicles Recipe.; 9 Me.
