I didn't get any prompts today. I really don't know what to write about. I am having a rough day typing. I did a nerve test in both hands yesterday to see if i have carpal tunnel. it was bad on my left wrist but my right wrist, the one that got me reffered to ortho in the first place was agony. The electrodes made my hand twitch and spasm. that hurt bad! like a 14 on the pain scale. it is still sore.
