2026 Olympics - Women's 1000 meter Speed Skating
Congrats to Jutta Leerdam of the Netherlands who *MedalGold* in Women's 1000 meters speed skating and set an Olympic Record. I asked Google to translate for me - so 1000 meters clocks in at .62 of a mile so it's just over a 1/2 mile. She came in at 1:12.31 Amazing! Here's Jutta winning *Gold* - Start the video at 2.19 if you want to go right to her race. Her teamate, Femke Kok takes the silver in the race beforehand.
