My right patella was broken on 1/12/03. This is about the recovery process.

Called Doctor's Office Today

My right leg was giving me enormous pain in the heal and inner thigh bone near my pelvis. I was up all night here because of the pain.

I have an appointment on Friday when he is going to take my cast off to make sure I am not rubbing a blister on my heal. What it feels like at the moment is a sharp pain that you get when shoes don't fit just right. My opinion is that the padding is wearing down and when I move my toes it rubs against the cast.

I am not sure why the other pain except maybe it is because I am lugging the cast around all the time. The way I have to move the leg around does not help one bit either since the leg is mostly straight with a slight nend in the knee area.

Anyway, I am looking forward to Friday. I need to know what is happening even if there is nothing going on.
