The August 21, 2013 prompt for "Blogging Circle of Friends Prompt Forum" If there were a real Fountain of Youth, would you drink the water? What price does wisdom ask? It is the price of age of growing old. If a Fountain of Youth existed, would I drink the water? I have to admit that I would be tempted to take a sip or two, but it would be a spur of the moment reaction or the results of an insatiable curiosity. If I stopped to think about drinking from the fountain, I would have several questions about the side effects and the aftermath of drinking the water. Some of those questions are... If a Fountain of Youth existed, would I drink the water? No, not if I stopped to consider the consequences of my taking a sip from the fountain.
