Catching up with Life
While I enjoy blogging, it's been incredibly frustrating these past couple of months/years to find the time to blog. I'm a very busy girl in real life. I work as a 911 dispatcher for LAPD, and I'm big into Scouting. I have 2 boys, 15 and 10, and I'm the Cubmaster of their old cub pack. When I'm not doing either of those things, I'm doing housework or sleeping. It's been really hard for me to find time to write and I have 2 short stories I'm working on.

As a side note, Victory Tales Press, the publisher for my 99 cent stories is going out of business. All stories are coming down as of 1 SEP. The stories have been well received and I need to FIND THE TIME to work the publisher to get my rights and self publish. Another challenge. GRATUITOUS PLUG: If you like short story romance, sweet and some mainstream, now is the time to buy!!

You can find my stories on Amazon, B&N, Smashwords and Kobo from now until 31 AUG:
NIGHT OF MAGIC
JOURNEY OF THE HEART
ARROW THROUGH THE HEART
MR CHRISTMAS ELF
FEAST OF CANDLES
CHRISTMAS IN BAYEUX.

with Sssssh! I'm not really here. who is absolutely the BEST in the world and we just judged the Bard's Hall Contest. I have always loved judging the Blog contest, but it is a bit more time involved than regular entries because you have to go through the blogs and spend some time with them. You have to show them some love if you're a judge. Visiting these blogs reminded me how much I've always loved blogging and I said, "Steph, I gotta back to that."

*******

So I visited my blog and decided to show it some love. I think I need to start with updating my INTRODUCTION. It's an introduction, it's got a graphic, and I'd like to think it sets tone/mood/theme, but I've changed over the years and I need to switch up my Introduction. I'll be working on that in the upcoming days. The title won't change, because I'm still a Gemini and us Gemini are busy multi-tasking bee's but, I'll working on softening things up a little.

******
Also, I just got back from VACAY for 4 weeks and I was CAMPING. *Laugh* I've been to the Redwoods, Tahoe, Sequoias, and Boy Scout camp. I also caught up on my reading, which I was happy to do.

MY CAMPING READING LIST:

The Sword of Summer by Rick Riordan
When you give a Duke a Diamond by Shana Galen
Smokin 17 by Janet Evanovich
Explosive 18 by Janet Evanovich.

It felt good to a read a ROMANCE again!

Okay, so I hope to update my blog in the next couple of days and share my camping adventures with you, my son's scouting adventures, heck even my scouting adventures, and hopefully, if I get a chance to write something, that too.

*BigSmile* to all!
