Blood Song “When the full moon blossoms in bright light and the wolf’s bane blooms deep in the night …” These words of warning cast a pall on the souls of mortal man. A secret is hidden deep inside and never shared, though some have tried. The wilding beast that lurks within knows the price that will be paid. As the pale light of the moon transforms the man into a beast, where instinct guides overriding thought. Bloodlust reigns.as bones deform and senses sharpen. The smell of prey dances in the shadows, a sensual calling to stalk, to kill. The first rays of dawn touch on the naked form. Confusion melts to clarity as the blood-strewn ground stands testament to the horror that hides within.
