Do you have any items in your port about your mental health issues? List some of them and give a little background on the items.

I have numerous items, mostly poetry, related to my anxiety.

1. "Anxiety: Mental &Emotional Disorder"   by Shh...whisper need inspiration (prose) This was written in 2008, but it gives my opinion on why anxiety is both a mental and emotional illness.

2. "Re-Cycling Depression"   by Shh...whisper need inspiration This poem describes my routine when I go into depression.

3. "Natural Disaster"   by Shh...whisper need inspiration (short story) This is a short story recently written about what anxiety is doing to me nowadays.

4. "Pretend"   by Shh...whisper need inspiration This poem was written a little over a year ago, when I finally told my boyfriend my feelings for him and vice-versa. I was at a stage before falling in love with him where I didn't want a relationship with anyone because I never wanted to feel emotions again. Well, life had a different plan for me.

5. "My Demon "   by Shh...whisper need inspiration This was written when I first moved to Idaho and my anxiety came back. It describes the demon (anxiety) and how it was affecting my relationship.

6. "Cyclones Of Reality"   by Shh...whisper need inspiration This is a poem about what anxiety does to me and how it makes me feel.

7. "I Am Unmendable"   by Shh...whisper need inspiration This poem is one of my favorite's I've written. It's an older one, but it still describes my feelings about myself.
