How do the seasons affect your mental health, if at all? What trends have you noticed?
Personally, I do not experience anything because of the seasons.
My anxiety usually only happens when something happens that affects me personally. Such as an upcoming meeting at work or a conversation with a loved one. Something happens or is said that usually triggers the anxiety. I either stress about what I should say, such as in a meeting or stress over what I should have said/done. Then there are the times I take a comment from a loved one and twist it into a totally different meaning or I question their true meaning behind what they said/did.
