You and several friends are marooned on a desert island. Everyone is looking to you to lead. What are your first actions? (List at least 2 please)

First Actions

Demand a recount.
Find out if anyone has any phobias. It helps to know who's going to go screaming into the ocean if they see a spider or a spider monkey.
Find out if anyone has any allergies. I don't want anyone dying because the cook put coconut in the serpent stew that was eaten for lunch or dinner.
Find out who's on medication and how much medication is left. I need to know if they're going to run out of meds before we're rescued.
Find out if anyone is experienced at cooking from scratch. Since there are no cans or can openers on a desert island, we need someone who can cook a snake or a fish, after we figure out how to remove the skin or the scales.
