They had violated the covenant with God.
They had broken the laws of nature.
Nothing was sacred except their pride.
For the sake of a theory, they had abandoned their faith.

A spirit of lust flowed through the streets.
A world of endless wars had made famine for the poor.
Meanwhile, the elite lived in luxury.
Was this the Divine plan?
The angle Eros pondered as she glided over the land..

Eros wings were invisible as was her body.
She prayed that she could intervene ..
But, the All Father forbid it..
"Let them choose their fate!" His voice thundered.

How many more centuries could they live?
They had taken everything and given nothing back.
All because of a theory, "Might makes right."
Biological and nuclear war had poisoned a paradise ..
Demons and ghouls possessed them.

Eros gathered her incantation and chanted.
The prayer was so high it was not heard by human ears.
Only the Arch Angle Micheal and His angles could hear it..
The All Father warned Michael, "They must choose.."

Lucifer could hear Eros as well.
"Now you see them for who they are.
They are not worthy of your love!" he roared.
Eros continued her chant, "Love is life."
Arch Angle Michael split the world in two.

Fire and floods swept away the works of evil.
And the land was greener for it.
And the people humbled, gave worship to the Lord.
Lucifer rose up to Heaven enraged,
"This is sacrilege! You have made them slaves!"

Michael spoke, "Who is like unto God?"
Lucifer was cast out of Heaven ..
The All father was pleased with Michael's words.
"All must fall short of the glory of God." the Lord said.
