Day 12: Lou Reed - Sweet Jane (Studio Version)

The Velvet Underground broke up in 1970, when I was a little kid. I wouldn't know the influence of Lou Reed until much later in life, but I did find a a copy of Transformer around 1976 in some discarded items. I really enjoyed it. I loved Walk on the Wild Side, even though it would be years before someone explained the lyrics.

However, the one the always ends up getting played is this one. There's just something about it that gets me going! It's ironic it's from a later album, Loaded, by the Velvet Underground. I happen to like a newer studio version. But if you prefer live, try the one from 2013... It's awesome as well.
