Smile, It Releases Endorphins... December 3, 2016 at 1:52am One night, I was looking in the mirror. I noticed my smile turned down instead of up so I tried to make my smile into a smiley face. As I tried and tried, I burst into laughter. Smiling releases endorphins. I have made it a regular part of my life. I do not pretend to be happy. I simply put my facial muscles in the shape of a smile on a regular basis. It changed my life. Try it. Smile at yourself in the mirror for 10 minutes. See what happens.
