Use the “right “
side.
But that wouldn’t
Deform me
I had lung infections
As an infant
Perhaps
It’s the result
Of unfinished
Soul
shadow work.
Is this
Physical evidence
Of neglected living
Or too much
Giving
Is it possible
At 73
To change the
Shape of
Me
I
Believe
I can
Starting
Today
I will be
Conscious
Stretching unused
muscles
in my
body
mind
and
spirit.
I will
Post a
Message
To the future
Me
Look
At my shadow
“What do
I see?”
Are my
Shoulders
Straight?

I am a free spirit.
I go
where I go.
Sometimes,
the wind
takes me
to where
the
energy’s
low.
Then,
at the
last moment,
if creativity
won’t grow,
or perhaps
it is
flowing,
but, ever so
slow.
That’s the
moment
I follow
a plan.
It doesn’t
Really matter
