2022 – The Year When I Choose My Reaction
Dear Maa,
Pronam at our Lotus Feet,
• Maa, with your Grace, 2022 is the year when I choose my reaction
• Maa, with your Grace, I do so by choosing to respond.
• Maa, with our Grace, 2022 is the year when I choose to Bless others constantly.

God,
Thank you.
Thank you for blessing me with wisdom from the remarkable book, “Dynamic Laws of Prosperity.”
I am uplifted to read about the ‘Law of Prayer’:
1. Prayer in general
2. Prayer of affirmation
3. Prayer of denial
4. Prayer of meditation
Deep Regards,

How Much Time We Conserve by Thinking Good!

Dear Friends,

Greetings for your happiness and well-being.

Here are a few points for your consideration:

1. It is my experience that when I choose to think good, then my mind remains more focused on the present moment, instead of ruminating on the past.

As a result, the present task can be completed with more concentration.

This leads to conservation of priceless time, and hence, generation of authentic joy.

2. I am also observing that, once I start choosing to think good, then an unexpected bonus happens.
And that is, in future situations too, I continue to think good irrespective of what happens outside me.
This habit is life-saving indeed!

I pray to God to enable me to sustain my good thinking.

Regards,

Dear Friends,

Greetings.

Thanks to God's Blessings, in 2025, I could enrich myself by completing a very beneficial writing course, "Writing for Young Readers: Opening the Treasure Chest," on the useful online learning platform, Coursera.

As a part of this course, I did a very interesting project. It was writing a paragraph of fifty words without using the letter "e" even once.

So, here is the result of my project:

"It was a glorious day in the park and I was so glad to have my usual walk in that joyful spot. The sun was shining brightly. There was just a hint of wind. Marigold was lining the tracks. Its fragrance was just right. And the grass in the lawn was so soft."

Happy to share this interesting tidbit with you.

With Deep Regards,

Friends,

Greetings.

Welcome to my essay.

God has blessed me with the habit of reading.

Now I am inspired to read a remarkable book called “21 Days to Jump Start Your Intuition” by Sonia Choquette.

The following are my key learning after reading this book:

1. Intuition is the core of who we are. Yes, intuition is the all-pervading, eternal, all-powerful consciousness that manifests itself as each living being.

2. Our intuition is all-knowing. It is the integral nature of our intuition. Therefore, the guidance for our intuition is always correct. It is our unerring inner wisdom.

3. Each of us, due to the “Survival of the Fittest” paradigm based-evolution, has inherited genes of this survival mode of living.

4. It is this survival brain, variously known as our ego, our lower self, and our animal mind, that puts up a veil of ignorance and disconnects us from our true self, which is intuition.

5. Due to this constant operation of our survival brain, our default mode of living is fight or flight mode. As a result, almost all of us live a life delinked from our unerring guide.

6. It is in this context that this book is so helpful. It tells us that quietening the animal mind, through whichever means best suited to our temperament, helps us to reconnect to our ever-present guide.

7. For some, this quietening of the chattering mind takes the form of silent meditation in solitude. For others, it may take the form of long walks. For some others, it may take the form of a hearty laughter with their friends and family. And for still others, it takes the form of intense concentration in their chosen vocation. Principle remains the same.

So, these are some of my key learning.

They are the output of my own self-realization after reading the book.

Thanks for reading my essay.

Best wishes,
