How many phrases do we have for the same fun thought?

         We all know people who seem to be not quite thinking clearly at times, or aren't quite "with it" when we're talking to them. What I want to find out is: How many ways do we have of saying that very thing?

         I'll start this off with a few of those phrases that I know, but please feel free to add more. I want to see how many unique ones we can come up with. Please keep them worded for a rating of PG-13 or better. I want the kids that are old enough to understand the meaning here to be able to enjoy these with us.
