A contest for the heart season- (Poetry Contest)
Welcome to the Third Annual Contest of the
Search for Mr. or Ms. WDC HeartThrob Poet 2019

Special thanks to 🌜 Huntersmoon through "Scheming Scoundrel's Forum of Finesse for the awesome awardicon that give graces to this contest forum.💓

Romance is in the air, and I see fluttering hearts as well as sweet words everywhere.

I always been in love into words especially poetry, for me, they are like flowers that have its own beauty, able to last its fragrance and will stay in ones' heart. *Heart*

Some of these are:

Shall I compare thee to a summer's day?
Thou art more lovely and more temperate.
Rough winds do shake the darling buds of May,
And summer's lease hath all too short a date.

(exerpt From William Shakesphere-Sonnet 18)

Or like some all time favorite lyrics:

"So you could give me wings to fly
And catch me if I fall
Or pull the stars from the sky
So I could wish on them all
But I couldn't ask for more
coz your love is the greatest gift of all.

(excerpt from Jim Brickman-Your love)

Or like the poetry of our (unofficial) Ms. WDC Heart Throb Poet 2018

"Springs blossomed to summers;
Hours grew to years;
Irish dreams to memories ~
Scrapbook of tears

Vows sacred to one soul,
balance of woe;
Devotion unwavered ~
Seasons, they go"

(Excerpt from ♥HOOves♥ - Claddang Rings and Gossamer Dreams
