I think the negative aspects would be overwhelming if I went down that road. It's just too easy to pick at the negative things about yourself. I read somewhere that we're pretty much programmed to ruminate on the negative things in our lives. I think remembering the positive aspects of ourselves is important. Since it can help remind us of the things we do well instead of obsessing about what we fall short in. I was a mediator & shared that in common with William Shakespeare apparently. Learn something everyday. |
