Online it is too easy for people to actually contemplate what they are going to say, hence pretending to be what they want others to perceive them as. Although, I do think WdC is a little different in this respect, especially if the people write personal poetry. We can get a deeper sense of who the person is internally through their perceptions in verse, that is if they write personal poetry. The same evaluation can be made with blogs.
