Coffee is a must; reviews take a while, so sustenance is required. I also usually have wiktionary open, to check spellings and meanings, and wikipedia for fact checking. Wiktionary kindly offers words in both British and US spellings, which is handy 'cos I'm a Brit but most of the people I review aren't.
I always have a spare keyboard and mouse handy, just in case I wear one out. As a programmer for more than thirty years, that's happened several times, and when it happens at home and you have to wait until the next day for replacements, that's beyond frustrating. From experience, I can tell you the four keys most likely to die on a keyboard are (in order) t, esc, e, return.
