The Silver Frame By Lisa Noe she is just like the man they called The Timid Soul. She is in a world all my own, don’t know which way to go. She escapes in stories, which she writes, and wishes for a new life. Don’t know who she can trust anymore, been hurt so many times. Though she’s lucky that she has her family, she uses them as a crutch. Her husband’s her soulmate, her mom’s her best friend, she can depend on them ‘til the end. What would we do without a parent. We would be hurting, that’s apparent. I am a picture of the person she use to be, I sit here in this silver frame Before the monster entered her life and tried to still her soul. We don’t even speak his name. She was deceived by this creep but she screamed and yelled No! He destroyed everything she owned and left her homeless on her own. But family came to bring her to their home. From there she has tried to grow. So here I sit so dusty, a silver frame with her pictured in better days, I look into her eyes and I see this girl has aged. But love can conquer all the things that life throws out your way. ![]() ![]() ~~Image #6000 Sharing Restricted~~ |
