Yes, I agree with this.
My neighbours are very educated but still allow their assistants to roam around without masks. I made repeated phone calls and spoke politely but finally it only worked when I shouted. We live in independent houses with a shared wall and the guys would climb my wall and come this close to my balcony chair, without masks. Luckily it has stopped this week after my yelling.

I guess we can't change the way others behave. If you have a whatsapp group or something for your society, you could put it on that, but chances are people will ignore it.

Which means you have to be all the more careful -- triple mask, spray the air, use sanitizer whenever you touch anything ... you just have to watch for yourself and your family!
