Can I insert a table with WritingML?

I was hoping to do something like this:

But so far, all of these other work-arounds are great!

Currently, there's no WritingML to create a table. The only way to deploy a table here in wdc is to peruse the drag and drop feature where a table is premade in a word document or excel. Other way is to upgrade to premium and create tables using a Webpage item. Something like these :
