I am using "My Nano'25 project" It's about this warrior named Hihanako. She is possessed by an entity that has made generations of women in her family powerful warriors. The only problem is this time that entity has gotten out of controll, killed a whole lot of innocent people and Hihanako has been banished as a result. She was resigned to a life of wandering until someone suggests she try and break the "curse" on her. I started outlining this novel back during October of last year. I was super excited about the characters I made up and even used my protagonist's name as the working title. Unfortunately, family had other plans lined up for November. I stopped working on it because nearly every waking hour was spent following my father in law through Colonial Williamsburg for an entire day for almost two weeks. I was too exhausted to write most nights. The interim between that trip and Thanksgiving was too brief. Most of that was spent prepping for the next trip. The rest of November was spent at my niece and nephew's home in Virginia. My nephew was suspended from school so he was around me nearly constantly and as soon as his sister got home, they were both wanting attention. There was simply too much stress for me to focus on writing anything while I was there. I never resumed writing afterwards. I'm not sure what to do. I want to continue working on the novel but don't know when I'll have time. I've got an online course I'm enrolled in until April 25th. I'll be focused on that. However, I would still like someone to look over what I've got so far. (It's almost 4,000 words so maybe I'll submit it to [tl;dr] to get some feedback. I'm not currently accepting reviews or ratings. If you would like to provide feedback on "My Nano'25 project" |
