Ticklish Little Tootsies!

In the chair sat Velma, wrapped and incapable of movement; well, except for the big, red, wiggling loafers sticking out from the end of the curtain.

"Oooh, what do we have here," said a familiar female voice.

Velma stopped wiggling her feet as she thought to herself, "Where have I heard that voice before?"

"So you're the one snooping about, it would seem my vines weren't enough for you, at least they gave you one heck of a ride." Said the voice.

"What, what vines?" Muffled Velma through the curtain.

"Let's say we try this again, OH, it would seem you've already prepared for this."

Velma suddenly felt her loafers being removed.

After Velma's shoes were successfully and easily removed, she felt a slow stroke of a finger traveling down her right sole.

!!!!! Velma quickly scrunched her toes and giggled silently.

"Ooh, it would seem as though these feet are quite ticklish!" Said the voice as she stroked Velma's left sole.

Again, with silent laughter, Velma scrunched and wiggled her socked foot.

"MMHH MH MH MMMMMHHHH." Was the only thing audible from the curtain as the mystery woman slowly drew amorphous figures on Velma's socked soles.

"Hehehe! This is quite fun!" Spoke the woman as she observed the reactions to Velma's feet when she tickled the spots just under Velma's toes!"

"This is great and all, but you could do better, what's say we get rid of these socks?" Said the voice teasingly in Velma's ear.
