The rich people next door own it

You are Jane, a college girl who needs to pay for her school, your older sister Kate wants to help but as a college student herself she doesn't have much. One day Kate buys a ring in a small shop at a cheap price, "Jane we could sell this for a lot of money, it could be an antique!". Both of you are called by your mom Lauren to go eat at the table you ask "What does it say in the bottom Kate?".

1. Kate reads the inscription
