“Ooooh, I’m here for a doctor’s appointment?” Ashley asked.
“I didn’t realize that I needed to… It’s nothing serious, is it?” While this employee vastly preferred the subject to be blissfully unaware of anything and herself in the slightest than to be screaming hysterically, her dumb comments were starting to cut into his intended menace, leaving him a bit dumbfounded. “Um, yeah, it’s serious, but we can ‘fix’ you up if we act immediately…” He sighed, and unstrapped her, leading her outside of the room opposite from where he’d entered and into another white room, this time with a large tube-like machine and a bench for one to lie on. “Now, if you would just lie down here, and a couple other nice workers will operate on you from that window.” He beckoned to another mirror, and strolled out of the room. “But… It’s just a mirror.” She thought to herself, before lying down on the cold, metal bench.
On the other hand of the mirror, the man sighed a sign of relief. “Good god that stuff’s strong, yet I didn’t realize it’d leave her so pathetically helpless… Not to mention flat out dumb.” He complained to a young woman also in a lab coat working a large, complex panel of switches and levers. “Well, it’s really only meant to drain their memories. If they’re naturally curious and outgoing, then I guess they’ll act more like the subject is.” She flatly stated, not taking her eyes off her work. She turned to him and lowered her look. “Just be glad she isn’t naturally violent.” She added, having a quick chuckle. “Yeah, yeah. Just start up the equipment.” With a flick of a switch, the machine started to whir into gear, and Ashley was slowly brought into the tube. Suddenly, several sharp tubes started to inject themselves into her body, including her mouth, and started to slowly pump in a strange, violet coloured liquid, yet before she could register the pain, she once again fell unconscious.
