You've peed your diaper!

You start crying as your diaper goes warm and wet.
“Hey, it’s okay. We’ll get someone to change you.” He says. He walked over to the giant baby monitor and talks into it. “The new baby needs a change. He’s upset.” He says. You blush.
A minute later, a tall man walks in. He picks you up and carries you to a changing table.
“No, please don’t.” You whimper.
“Oh, it’s okay sport. We don’t want you getting diapey rash, do we?” He copes. You close your eyes as he changes you. When your in a fresh diaper, coated by baby powder, he sits you up and lifts you. “There you go, little guy. All better.” He copes.
“Th-thank you.” You mumble.
“Of course tiger. Now why don’t you go play with the other babies?” He says, ruffling your hair. Your about to scamper off when he pulls you back by the shoulder. “Don’t forget your binky.” He says, putting a pacifier in your mouth. You blush. He lightly pats your bum and you walk back over to the blond boy, Terrell.
“See? It’s not so bad. Being in a fresh diapee is nice.” He says. You shidded.
“But what about when I ... you know? Go.” You whisper, embarrassed.
“Either you cry or we tell them through the baby monitor, and they come change you. You just want messy diapers to be changed quickly. Trust me, sitting in them too long is not fun.” Terrell says. “Come on, let’s go play a game with the other guys. I’ll introduce you.” He says. You two walk over to the other boys and all sit down.
“Hey man, what’s up? I’m Tyler.” Says a black haired boy. He’s tall and lanky.
“I’m Cameron.” You say.
After meeting the other boys, what game do you decide to play?
