Tom closes his eyes as he focuses to activate the wand, and feels a deep tingle that is really weird, as his body instantly redoes itself, the growth of muscle mass is one thing, but it feels way weirder than he expected, with him getting taller, but odd sensations he can not figure out. But the tingling stops and he feels different, opening his eyes.... and three things happen in short order:
1) He sees muscle Karen, whom he had to look up to before using the wand on himself, but now looking her pretty much eye to eye. Looking into her eyes....
2)Those eyes of hers are wide with shock, then humor, as she busts out laughing, which is highly confusing, as is....
3) He brushes some long blonde hair from his face which had moved when he lowered the wand to his side, looking down at it, unable to see it as well due to his rather impressive chest. But those aren't pecs, or rather not just pecs, but...
"AHHHH! I'm a girl!" and spot on, Tom's voice is now higher, feminine, though not overly girly. Spinning about, he faces the mirror and sees a stunning blonde muscle beauty staring back at him, in tight spandex shorts and matching sports bra, not unlike how the wand changed Karen's clothes to fit her new figure. Karen steps behind him and is still laughing "OH man, so does this wand only do muscle girls, if so, gotta say, like the new you Tom. Or is it Tina now?"
Turning back, fast enough to have those long blonde locks come before his face again, Tom glares a bit "This isn't funny Karen, what the heck, I wanted to be a muscle jock, not a muscle chick!" She gets herself together and considers, then snaps "Ok, so let me guess, when you made me all muscled, you were thinking muscled gym goddess, and when you decided to use the wand on yourself, you were thinking same thing...without pausing to consider..." Tom smacks himself in the head "Yep, oh man, I was simply thinking to do the same thing to me as I did to you, and look where that got me! I so need to fix this if I can..."
Taking the wand, he is about to try and fix himself:
