"Get back" Roy tried commanding the big Arcanine. "Shoo, go." He figged his palm in the air, trying to make her back off but on the contrary her gaze seemed interested in his wet flapping hand.
Suddenly, she opened her maw and bit his hand, engulfing his entire palm in her wet maw. It didn't hurt, but Roy was started by her weird action. He quickly pulled his hand back, his fingers popping free from between her lips. His whole palm was covered by her warm saliva.
Roy took a few steps back scaredly until his back hit the walls of the room. He whipped his hand on his clothes, trying to dry it out and get the feeling of warm saliva out of his thoughts. The Arcanine watched him flail in panic and disturbance. She smirked, grinning her teeth out, then got up and approached him yet again.
Roy was too busy cleaning his hand to notice the big shadow looming in front of him until it was too late. He felt the air getting warmer and he looked up. He saw the Arcanine's gapping open maw right in front of him, just a few inches away from his face.
He could feel the smell of hot dog breath hit his nostrils, saw her wet maw full of teeth, some dripping saliva of them. Her big tongue looking like a bright red carpet, barely moving with each breath. And the big darkness of an abyss at the end of it, the one where all her food disappeared into.
Roy tried to dash back but only hit the back walls. The Arcanine was looking at him, her eyes fixated on his while her maw was wide opened for him to see. He thought she was going to eat him and braced himself, closing his eyes but that never occured.
He slowly opened his eyes. The Arcanine was motionless, her eyes still fixated on him while her maw was still open. The tip of her tongue slightly raised then went back down, it felt like she was inviting him to place his palm back inside her maw.
