"Open your mouth Naruto." Sakura commanded with a giddy smile on her face. She couldn't believe how easy this was!
Naruto opened his mouth, having an idea of what was coming thanks to his training with Tsunade today. So he wasn't surprised at all when Sakura stuck her big toe in his mouth, and he instantly began sucking on it just like Tsunade had trained him to.
"Mmm, that feels nice. And I didn't even need to tell you what to do. You were born to be my foot slave Naruto." Sakura giggled. She watched him carefully for any signs that he wasn't enjoying himself as much as she was, because even though she was calling him her foot slave, he really wasn't. He was definitely still her sweet best friend who had always been there for her. She wasn't going to make him do anything he didn't want to.
But it didn't look like that was going to be a problem. Just looking at his face, one would think he was extremely grateful to be sucking on some rare, expensive candy. He was treating her toes like they were a precious treat that only a fortunate few ever got to savor.
It was crazy to her just how easy this was. She knew for an absolute fact that Naruto used to find feet disgusting. She teased him with hers on many a mission just to get his comical, horrified reaction. Yet, she must've planted the seeds in his mind accidentally all those times, because he seemingly developed a foot fetish, and openly embraced it when she was a good friend and told him to serve her feet.
She absolutely loved the way he switched from toe to toe and managed to lick all the spaces in between. She watched him with a loving look on her face as he performed his "duty." She was definitely glad she decided to give Naruto a chance.
Sakura's toes certainly didn't taste any better than Tsunade's, and if he was a free man this would NOT be something he would ever choose to do. Feet tasted bad, not to mention the whole thing was embarrassing and demeaning. But overall, this wasn't so bad. Sucking on the overworked toes of the very kunoichi he loved as if they were a precious fruit, in the privacy of her home, was all worth it when she looked at him the way she currently was. He had never had her direct such a loving look at him before, and it had been a while since he had seen her so happy.
He originally accepted his role as Sakura's future slave out of sheer fear of Tsunade's wrath, but for the first time he truly accepted the role because of how happy it made his future Mistress. He would certainly still choose to be Hokage if he still had the choice, but spending his life making Sakura this happy through his servitude wasn't the worst alternative.
He offered his future Mistress a genuine smile as he swallowed some of her toe jam he lapped up.
Sakura allowed her "foot slave" to suck on her toes for a full hour before she decided she wanted something else.
