Tenten was an elite kunoichi, and she only remained elite through lots of physical training. She had already trained her ass off this morning so it would be nice and sweaty when she sat down on Naruto's face, but she could still do more. The butt dropping jutsu would be more exercise than simply sucking Naruto's head up her ass.
"Ok Naruto, that's enough smothering for now." Tenten called. She leaned to the right so her lucky victim would be able to breathe.
"Thank kami." Naruto gasped out. "So you're going to untie me now?"
"Of course not!" Tenten giggled. "I need you to practice this new jutsu out on!"
"New...jutsu?" Naruto gulped.
"Yep!" Tenten went through the handsigns in the scroll, completely raising her butt off Naruto's face. "Butt drop jutsu!"
"Butt drop...MMF!" Naruto was cut off as Tenten's tight ass slammed down hard on his face. He cried out in pain and could only watch in fear as tenten lifted her butt off his face again.
"We're going to have so much fun!" Tenten slammed her ass back down on Naruto's face and could feel a slight crunch as she broke something. "Let me show you the power of a tight ass little toy!"
Naruto was completely helpless as Tenten's beautiful butt which had been controlling his breathing a few minutes ago rose up and dropped back down time and time again. His face was throbbing in pain, and his nose was completely shattered. Each time Tenten 's butt rose off his face he could see more of his blood on it.
A giant grin was plastered on Tenten's face as she smashed Naruto's face beneath her ass. This jutsu was even more fun than she thought it would be! She had found her new favorite method for executing enemy shinobi they captured during missions.
Each butt drop brought a new crunching sound of something else on Naruto's face breaking. If he didn't have an all-powerful demon sealed inside of him healing him, this would probably be deadly. Luckily for Tenten, he did so he could absorb copious amounts of punishment.
She continued smashing Naruto's face beneath her bare ass for 15 more minutes before settling back down on her face. She was sweating from the exertion.
"That was so fun toy!" Tenten cooed.
Beneath her, Naruto was barely conscious. His entire face hurt like hell, and if it was possible, he was pretty sure his face had been broken. He definitely had a concussion or something and his eyes were so swollen he could barely see. Tenten's butt demolished his face.
