So, he first found out that Love Handel were attending a pre-concert party.

He first got the location of said party.
Then, he put on a experimental ninja suit, that made him invisible to the naked eye.

He headed off to the location of the pre-concert party, and slipped inside via the vents.

He slipped to the banquet table, and poured his growth formula into a big bowl of punch.

Then slipped out quickly. 'Well,' he thought, 'if anyone else drinks the punch as well or instead of Love Handel, all the better.'
