Survive the animals

(this was somewhat inspired by a series that was on the deviantart site)

How about there's a new challenge trend going on, like the Ice Bucket challenge that was a thing a while back. In this idea, human participants, no matter the age, willingly get consumed by an animal of their choice, be they pets, farm animals, zoo animals, etc. And the consumption isn't restrained to any one form of consumption. You end up somewhere inside an animal. be it their stomach, their womb or teats (if the animal female), their ball sack (if the animal if male), heck, perhaps the pouch if the animal is a marsupial (kangaroo, opossum, koala bear, etc.)

So, do we have the individual get consumed by animals, based on a challenge of sorts?

Or how about one of these:
1. An animal's males are unable to get the female pregnant with offspring, no matter how much they mate. So, to save the species from becoming extinct, human volunteers are offering to become the cub/kit/pup/hatchling/etc. to help keep the species from going extinct.

2. It's a Fraternity/Sorority initiation, where the individual seeking entry has to survive a certain time inside an animal (wherever that may be inside), for two days, and if they succeed, they become a memeber.

3. An unbirth only scenario. The female animal has a pocket dimension nursery/daycare inside their womb that children love to spend time in, and their time spent in her nursery womb gives the animal eternal youth, while offering them a safe place to play and rest. Basically, she does not need to mate with a male, and is kept clear of her species so the children's fun is not interrupted by a session of mating.
