Astrid was eager to revisit Gothi and get her advice. Though she hated the vile taste of the thick potion, she was hit with a lingering lethargy, and an insatiable appetite at the same time.
Keeping to the Hofferson home, she ate everything there was there. Retreating to bed, as soon as she'd eaten anything. Her stomach growled in protest as she slapped the empty bottle which was the last thing to sit on her larder shelf. Snuffling and snorting, she was amazed and irritated to feel the constant flow of snot that clung in her nostrils, and simultaneously poured forth.
Shivering, and gripped by a fever she wrapped a blanket around herself. Astrid settled in front of the fire hoping the fever would burn itself out, and she could finally shake off this stuffy feeling.
She didn't recall when she asleep. But, she woke to discover the last few branches that were mostly consumed. Sniffing, she was able to finally breathe freely.
It was only as she stood up, that she realised the effect of her ravenous appetite was still to be faced. Allowing it to drop away, Astrid took in the changes with awe and horror. She still had the same svelte waist, but now her hips were far wider, rivalling Stormfly's she thought, taking in her meaty things. Her bust too was boosted beyond any expectations.
The girls were hefty and awkward. A smile flickered briefly on her face, she knew Hiccup would appreciate them. But, she ground her teeth, knowing that living with them would be a pain. Especially her shoulders and back, from the constant strain.
Worse, she looked around her home. There was nothing that would fit her new physique. Only the blanket could cover the monstrous curves she now possessed.
"Shit!" she cursed, as her stomach rumbled, reminding her of the need to venture out, and get some fresh food back in.
