It was Chloe's friend Tom. Well, Tom wasn't so much Chloe's friend as he was her neighbor. His and Chloe's parents were good friends and had lived next door to each other since before Tom and Chloe were born.

Tom was a year behind Chloe, and the two ran in different circles at school, but they still got along. Tom even had a little crush on Chloe.

When Tom knocks on the door and then opens it, is he alone, or does he have someone with him?
