Once the Mermaid Queen was done, she said, "You can make it up to me by becoming my husband!"
You didn't respond, as she continued to kiss you, her lips big enough to cover your face.
You looked around, hoping to see Shantae. Instead, you saw a large numbers of mermaids, all clapping and happy for their leader's happiness.
You somehow managed to pull your arms out of her grasp and hold them out, keeping her from kissing you.
"Don't I have a say in this?" You asked.
"Perhaps. But I did help you grow to your normal size and I am considered to be a very beautiful woman. Not only that, but one of my mermaids saved you from both a nasty pirate and drowning. Perhaps I should make you work that debt off?" The Mermaid Queen asked.
You felt a bad omen. "So... how much would it cost?"
"One million gems for all we have done for you," The Mermaid Queen answered.
Your jaw dropped.
"Work off the debt or become my husband?" The Mermaid Queen asked. There was a smile on her face, as she knew which you would choose.
You, having no fighting skill good enough to collect gems put on a nervous smile and answered, "Well, I guess I'm a poor kidder, my lovely wife?"
"Oh, I'm so glad I sent my mermaid soldiers to save you the moment I saw you in a my crystal ball!" The Mermaid Queen purred before kissing you some more. In between kisses, she said, "I'll make sure to do whatever to make you happy and NEVER leave me!"
You weren't sure what to say, so you enjoyed the kisses.

At a restaurant in mid-repairs, Shantae stretched after she finished several bentos, feeling one hundred percent better. "Now to save Y/N!"
"Do you know where to go, Shantae?" Rottytops asked. The moment she heard of Shantae losing a fight, she ran to Scuttle Town.
Looking back at her zombie friend, the half-genie guardian answered, "Wherever there is a evil looking pirate base, You can bet Risky is there and so will be Y/N!"
Sky walked in, looking a little bit morose. Shantae noticed and asked, "Sky? What is it? Did some rotten eggs explode in your face again?"
Sky shook her head before she said, "No. I went with Wrench to spy on Risky's ship. But something attacked her, destroying her ship. She's alive, but..."
Shantae's jaw dropped before asking, "Y/N?"
"No idea, but I know where her base is," Sky answered.
A serious-looking Shantae said, "Let's go."
No one was willing to refuse Shantae when she was like this.

Some time later, Shantae was in the middle of a fight with Risky. Sky and Rottytops were watching, ready to jump in.
"Where's Y/N?" Shantae demanded as she threw some pike balls.
"I have no idea. When my ship was attacked, I couldn't see who done it. Too much smoke. For all I know, whoever sunk my ship might've kidnapped him," Risky answered as she began to knock away the pike balls. Then with an evil grin, she added, "Or maybe he drowned?"
Shantae gasped in horror, making Risky smile even more. So the Pirate Queen cooed,"Let's face it, he's fish bait now! It's a better fate for him than becoming your boyfriend!"
