You had woken up in an alley. At first, you were scared when you saw that you were like two inches tall.
When you were about to leave the alley, that fear turned into terror when you saw that the people of the city were cat people. So you hid and were careful about what you ate.
After all, the cat people might share the hunting instincts of normal cats of your world, where small and noisy equaled prey.
Then a day or two later, you heard one of the cat people mention something about the Swat Kats, which relieved you.
"All I have to do is find Miss Briggs, Dr. Sinian, Felina Feral, or the Swat Kats and I'll be safe," You muttered as you carefully wandered the streets, looking for one of them. After all, they were both friendly and dealt with weirder things than a tiny human.
Eventually, you saw purple slip-on shoes and a tan-ish fluffy tail walk towards you.
"Bingo!" You muttered as you ran to meet Callie. Somehow, you managed to grab onto one of her shoes and held on for dear life as she headed into City Hall.
Eventually, she got onto an elevator and then headed into her office. After Callie sat down, she muttered, "With luck, today will be just a boring, normal day. No monsters or criminals that the Enforcers can't handle. I might be able to finish my paperwork today."
After getting off her foot you walked away from her, not wanting to be accused of trying to look up her skirt. You used a phone cord to climb up, thinking to yourself, 'Either they're still in the early 90's or another case of Government being cheap by using old tech.'
Eventually, you got onto her desk and waited for you to be noticed.
Callie was too deep in her work, so you knocked on the plastic case of the phone until Callie looked up and noticed you.
"Hello, Deputy Mayor Calico Briggs. I am Y/N and need your help," You said, hoping she wouldn't panic. She did look surprised and maybe a little scared.
"What... are you?" Callie asked, slowly extending a hand to you.
"I am a human. I am normally not this small. Something must've not only shrank me, but abducted me to this world. I don't know who did it or why," You said as you hopped onto her hand.
"Great, just great. With my luck, there'll be a few cases of kats being shrunk around town..." Callie muttered, now more annoyed than anything else. She carefully held you near her head to get a good look at you.
