Making a plan

Looking up at the 100 foot tall streamer from inside the ruined house, you and your shrunken companions knew you needed to do something.
"Look!" Lily shouted, pointing at a broken bottle on the ground, "That's one of the growth potions right?"
Janet and Rae make their way to the puddle carrying you and Lily over, still tinier than even them.
"There's probably enough to turn us all back to our normal size... but I'm not sure how much help that'll be anymore." Janet says, peeking out at the giantess roaming the streets.
"Maybe one of us should take the whole thing... Then at least we could stand up to Poki." Rae says, stepping forward.
"No! I can't handle being this small anymore! [Y/N] and I are helpless and I can't stay this small any longer!" Lily shouts, finally breaking down.
"But even if we all go back to normal, Poki's just gonna go on a rampage and kill us all... And who knows if she made more than one potion." You say to the group.
"Her house is in shambles, so we can't really make a shrinking potion here. But, if we can get to someone else's house then maybe we have a chance..." Rae ponders.
"There might not be enough to make everyone normal again, but me and Rae should be able to grow to normal size. We would probably have enough to even have one of us grow even larger, though maybe not as big as Poki." Janet says, looking down at the puddle in front of them.
"Alright, so how about this," Rae says, "One of us grows enough to be able to distract Poki while the other one goes and makes a bunch of potions. Then we can get everyone back to the size that they're supposed to be!"
"Wait! What about us!?" Lily shouts to Janet and Rae, who seemed to forget about the specks that are you and Lily.
"You'll have to go with whoever is making the potions, it'll be too dangerous for you two to go with the giantess." Janet said softly, trying to console you both.
"This is probably our best shot," you say with a shaky voice, "But which one of you is gonna grow giant?"
Rae, the forceful girl who was tag teaming with Pokimane to torment you and your tiny friends, or Janet, the kind-hearted girl who may not be forceful enough to adequately distract her. Which one should drink more of the potion?
