You didn't have a choice, this was happening. The caring and kind Itsuki was about to swallow you. You went down her throat and her gullet, and she slipped you inside. You were firmly gulped and now you were in her stomach.
Once you were in there, you freeze at first. Hard to believe that one of the Quin's actually swallowed you! Granted if it was going to be anyone to accidentally swallow you, it would be Itsuki. Next you panic, as you run around and scream. Moving from one side of the stomach to the other, pounding on the red insides in a desire to be found.
But Itsuki wasn't going to wake up, and you were not going to be found. You were having an entire panic attack, but you do calm yourself down slightly. She's going to wake up, find you are gone and then she's going to find you. Well the first two parts are true, but you don;t think Itsuki is going to assume that she swallowed you entirely.
You calm down, sit in the stomach and just think it over. This has actually happened? And now you just have to wait. You can't climb back up Itsuki's throat and the other way would be through her intestines, and you don't really wanted to be peed or pooped out.
So you just sit down and relax, waiting for Itsuki to wake up in the morning. Although there won't even be a moment that you are going to be able to relax.

It was the morning, and the first thing that Itsuki questioned was. "Where are you (Your Name)?" She looked around, but the redhead couldn't find you. You tried to shout and scream in her stomach, trying to get her to notice you. You didn't get one bit of sleep, obviously, as you were just too stressed out and worried. You pound on the stomach too, thinking that she might be able to feel your hits. Sure you are weak, but you are literally inside of her and it's so soft, it was a hope!
Itsuki didn't feel anything though, as she got up from her bed. "Are you hiding in here? Please respond, I'm worried." She thought maybe you were playing or something, maybe behind her pillow. However she kept checking the bed, and even under it. The floor around her room, and she just can't find you.
"Are you..." She blushed for a couple of seconds, thinking that you might have taken advantage of her body as the two of you slept together. She grabbed her bra and inspected her bra cup, but didn't see you there. Next she checked her panties, and was thankful to see you were not in there either. However she seriously has lost you.
She calmed down, trying not to jump to conclusions. She got dressed and walked out, funnily enough Miku stepping out of her room at the same time.
"Miku, did (Your Name) by chance come into your room?" She questioned, but her silent sister just shook her head no. Now Itsuki was getting concerned, as she saw Nino and Yotsuba downstairs. "You two, have you seen (Your Name)?" The two looked up to their sister, and shook their head no.
Just as Ichika's door open, as she gave out a yawn. "What is all the commotion? Oh... Itsuki~ Did you have fun with the little guy last night?"
"Not exactly." Itsuki responded nervously. "I think I lost him."

And so, the girls started a scavenger hunt for you. Searching all of Itsuki's room, and even somewhat of the home in a desire to find you.
"Did he try to run away!?" Nino questioned. "Why would he do that."
"Because you are annoying him probably." Miku pointed out which got a glare from her sister.
"Come back (Your Name), I promise we will be better giantess's for you!" Yotsuba shouted through the apartment. However Itsuki calmed down that thought.
"He was too scared to leave the apartment, and he knows better for what will happen. He's still in here, maybe stuck somewhere?"
Inside of the stomach you were able to hear all of this, and Itsuki was right about that. You are stuck, you are unable to get out.
The girl check everywhere you could be stuck, but they kept not finding you.
"How do I tell them that I'm in this frekaing stomach?" You grumble thinking it over.
"Oh, feel frisky Itsuki, look what I found~"
"T-That underwear is mine, give it back Ichika!" You hear the commotion, as you roll your eyes. Maybe it would be better to just go through the normal way, and just shout for Itsuki when she's on the toilet. not what you want to do but it's seeming like the best idea.
But luck befell you, as Itsuki and Miku entered the same door way, just for a second. The girls collided, as Itsuki fell on her butt, and Miku fell on her body. Her head, coincidentally against the stomach of Itsuki.
"Sorry Miku, I'm not paying attention, I'm just so stressed out."
"It's fine." Miku spoke, on the other side of the stomach. This is the closest one of them has ever been, you need to move! So you scamper around, getting to the side and-
"MIKU!" You shout trying to penetrate the body. Miku sat up, eyes wide as she looked around.
"I just heard him." She stated, as Itsuki got up.
"You did!? Girls, Miku just heard him!" The girls run and crowd around Miku as Miku looked around. Where were you? The only place that you could hide was a cabinet, but the girls were searching through that and weren't finding anything.
Inside of the stomach, you were just hoping. "Please Miku, you are super smart, please figure it out." You beg inside of the stomach. You were obviously worried and scared right now, you just need some help, and you pray that Miku was thinking about it.
