A few hours had passed since Lyn accepted the bandit's offer. She was currently sitting down leaning against the wall of her glass prison curled up with her arms around her legs. In total darkness, she was thinking to herself "Have I really made the right choice? I've asked myself this countless times already and I still can't decide... I suppose it's only a matter of time before I find out." Lyn let out a deep sigh "...I hope I made the right choice."
Lyn felt more annoyed than she felt helpless at this point. If it was within her power, she'd have cut down the bandit without a second thought. But making such an attempt at such a small size would have had serious consequences. But then again, the decision of willingly being taken by the bandit would likely have its own set of consequences yet unseen to the green-haired heroine. Everything that was happening to her right now only added more fuel to the fire of hatred she has for bandits.
She had no idea where she was and couldn't hear what was going outside very well. Sometimes the world around her shook more than usual, causing her to bounce around the glass jar. But it was never anything big enough that harmed the shrunken swordswoman. How much time had passed was also unknown to her, if she could see the sun, she'd use that as a reference point. But that luxury was something she did not have currently.
But as Lyn began to wonder when the bandit would arrive at his camp, she started to hear all kinds of muffled voices from the outside. She sighed "I guess there really is no getting out of this now. He must have made it back to his camp... The chances of him breaking his word seemed to be increasing by the second, what is he even up to?!"
The world seemed to start moving again into a certain direction and she heard the muffled voices become quieter. It seemed like the bandit was moving somewhere away from his companions. And eventually she heard almost nothing. Moments later, the ground shook more for a brief second. Before Lyn could think about what was coming next, light entered the bag as it was opened up and the bandit grabbing the glass jar with the shrunken girl inside.
In reaction to seeing light again, she raised her hands in front of her face and blinked rapidly as her eyes were momentarily blinded. As the world became clearer to Lyn as her eyes became used to seeing light again, she saw that the bandit had the glass jar raised in front of his face. The expression he had was something not only devious, but smug as well. The heroine stood up in defiance, staring intensely at him and crossing her arms by her chest. "I'm not going to let this fiend intimidate me, if he thinks I'm going to be his pet that will do everything he says, he is sorely mistaken."
Whatever the bandit's plans for Lyn were remained a mystery. All she knew was that they probably were not going to be ones she'd be happy about. And the sense of regret filled her body more and more. And as both of them stared at one another, Lyn was thinking about her situation.
As the heroine stood her ground, she thought "I must think of a back-up plan should things go south. And if I must endure for a short time being at his mercy, so be it. He will not and cannot break me, I have to stay strong for the others. For now, I have my blade with me at least."
With the bandit having Lyn imprisoned and at his mercy in his camp, what was he going to do with her?
