Hmm...I find it a little weird that there are only options about Sally Acorn. There is also one more girl among the main characters of Sonic the Hedgehog SatAm. Her name is Bunnie Rabbot. And in the name of justice, I'll add plot ideas for Bunnie here! :)
1. This plot is about Bunnie being in relationship. Maybe, as a script initially planned, she falls in love with Rotor. Maybe she begins to develop feelings for the blue hedgehog. Or maybe even for her best friend - Sally.
It's not required for events to take place during the war with Robotnik. Maybe events take time after defeating the main villain, or maybe even in some other timeline when he never came to power.
2. This plot is about Bunnie being the main villain. Maybe in this plot Doctor Robotnik brainwashed Bunnie to be evil and took over the world with her help. Perhaps she found a way to take all the power for herself.
If so, what would she do after that? Maybe Bunnie could brainwash Sally to be her evil partner, and then try some new methods of 'interrogating' on Sonic together. Maybe she captures you, the OC from the other dimension. She may need a boyfriend to rule with, so she tries to seduce you without brainwashing you.
3. This plot is about OC with Bunnie.
Maybe you are nice human guy and is skilled in making potions. One day you make a love potion to prove Sonic that he can make potions like that one. But soon Bunnie accidentally drinks it, thinking it was a juice.
Maybe she simply falls head over heels in love with you after drinking it. Maybe Bunnie dresses into a maid and begins serving to her OC "master". Be careful. If you treat her too kindly, she'll be thanking you in a very extreme ways and will not want to drink an antidote when you create it.
Or maybe you are a bad guy and want Bunnie for yourself. You intentionally cause her to drink potion and fall in love with you. Maybe you have some fun with Bunnie and only her. Or maybe you use her help to capture Sally so they both could be your girlfriends.
